COW LANE GATE
This continues to be an ongoing issue.
Cllr Barnes has had discussions with Mr & Mrs Newton at the Old Forge. They confirmed they have never claimed ownership of Cow Lane, the gate remains unlocked and the public have a right of way over the land.
Pauline Barnes at Redroofs says 3 properties have never claimed ownership of it.
Councillor Horner suggested it is stated they have no rights over the land.
Councillor Barnes then advised Pauline Barnes had erected a garage without planning.
However this garage is unusable with a car as you would have to go up over steps.
Councillor Long will go and investigate the garage.
