None were declared.
- 3. Internal Review
The following Resolution “In accordance with the instruction issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office dated 12th October 2022 Councillor Matthew Tomkinson and Councillor Alistair Billington be appointed to conduct an Internal Review of the information supplied under a request for Information Regulation 2004 dated 29th July 2022. The terms of reference of the Internal review will be to review the information supplied under the request dated 29th July 2022 to ensure the procedures applied in the provision of the information were carried out on a true and fair basis and the matters raised in the complaint dated 15th September 2022 which expressed dissatisfaction in the information supplied should be investigated and wherever possible answers provided to the complainant” It was proposed by Councillor Tony Long and seconded by Councillor Lesley Myhill and was passed unanimously.
The meeting was closed at 8.10 pm, the next meeting to be held on Monday 7th November 2022
