It has been decided that the meeting of the Parish Council scheduled for 5th September 2022 will not take place and is thus postponed until a future date can be set.
This has proved to be necessary because the process of calling our last meeting which was held 15th August 2022 has been challenged , and we have been advised by the Devon Association of Local Councils to seek legal advice as to whether the meeting should stand, we are in the process of seeking such advice.
I have consulted with each and every member of the Parish Council and I have their unanimous support in making this decision.
